By renting a bike from OMG Rental Bikes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. OMG Rental Bikes operates in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and accepts payments in cash or via UPI at the time of pickup.
Local Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Accidents and Liability:
The renter is fully responsible for all damages caused in accidents, including repair costs for the rented bike and any third-party claims.
Damage to Bike:
Any damage to the bike during the rental period must be repaired or compensated by the renter.
Theft:
If the bike is stolen, the renter must pay the full market value of the bike.
If the bike is recovered with missing or damaged parts, the renter will be charged for their replacement or repair.
Unauthorized Transfer:
The rented bike must not be given to anyone else. If transferred, the renter will be held responsible for any damages, misuse, or legal issues arising from such actions.
Timely Return:
The bike must be returned at the agreed location and time. Late returns will result in additional charges as per the rental agreement.
Traffic Rules Compliance:
Renters must adhere to all traffic rules and regulations. Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of pickup. This deposit will be refunded upon returning the bike in good condition, minus any applicable charges for damages or delays.
Helmet Loss:
In case the helmet is lost or damaged during the rental period, the renter is required to pay a charge of ₹500 for the replacement of the helmet.
Payment at Pickup:
Payment for the rental is to be made in full at the time of pickup. Accepted payment methods include cash and UPI.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Any mechanical issues or damages must be reported immediately to OMG Rental Bikes. Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited.
Age Requirement:
The renter must be at least 18 years old and provide valid government-issued identification at the time of pickup.
City Ride Pricing:
The listed rental prices are applicable for rides within city limits only. For rides outside city limits (outstation use), extra charges will be applicable and must be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking or pickup.
Personal Use Only:
The bike is rented for personal use only. Commercial use, such as transporting goods or passengers for hire, is not allowed.
Indemnity:
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold OMG Rental Bikes harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the rented bike.
